Harrow Talking Newspaper (HTN) is a registered charity that produces free weekly audio recordings of local Harrow news, derived from the area's local press, for those who are blind, sight-impaired, or unable to read a newspaper. There are also regular podcast items from the BBC, TNF Soundings, and occasional information audio leaflets.

HTN is affiliated to the national Talking Newspaper Federation.
